Why is my campaign not sending?
If your campaign is not sending, start with these checks.
Check the campaign status
Open Campaigns and select your campaign. Check whether it is still a draft, scheduled for later, paused or already sending.
A saved draft will not send until you complete the final sending step.
Check the schedule
Review the sending date, time and the time zone shown in the application. A campaign scheduled for a future time will wait until that time.
Check your recipients
Confirm that you selected the correct list or segment and that it contains subscribers eligible to receive the campaign. Unsubscribed or excluded contacts should not receive it.
Check for sending limits
Your account or delivery service may have sending limits. A campaign may take longer to finish when those limits are reached.
Ask your administrator to investigate
If the campaign is ready but still not sending, ask your administrator to check:
-
Whether an active delivery server is available to your account.
-
Any delivery-server errors or sending limits.
-
Whether the scheduled background jobs are running.
-
The campaign’s delivery logs.
Avoid creating duplicate campaigns while the issue is being investigated, as this could send the same message more than once.
What to include when requesting help
Provide the campaign name, its current status, the scheduled date and time, and the exact error message, if one appears.
Do not share passwords or delivery-server credentials.
